Shipping and Payment

The Online Store is an online store owned by Moylyn Present Oy. The items available from the Online Store are the products of the current selection.

Ordering

When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient’s telephone number and email address. After placing your order in the Online Store, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically by email.

Delivery methods and prices

Your order will be delivered to selected Post Office on price 6,90€. The delivery times in Finland may extend by up to 5 working days. You will get free delivery to Finland when you order costs more than 100€. In an exceptional situation in which an item cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as possible.

Deliveries in Finland 

Your order will be delivered to the Posti pick-up point of your choice from which you can pick it up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival by text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. To collect the shipment, you will need either the notice of arrival or the tracking code. Parcels are held at Posti outlets and pick-up points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, and at Posti Parcel Points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Moylyn Present Logistics Centre in Kemi.

Postage and packing to Finland

Delivery to a Posti pick-up point €6.90 (Postal Parcel). You will get free delivery to Finland when you order costs more than 100€.

Deliveries outside Finland 

You can order Moylyn Present products outside of Finland by sending email.  Please email your order to info(at)moylyn.fi citing the product codes and names indicated in the Online Store product information. Info will contact you to confirm your order.

Changing or cancelling your order before delivery

Tracking your order

You can track your order online when your parcel is shipped.

Methods of payment

The product price is the price displayed on the Online Store website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. Your order can be paid by credit card, invoice or online banking. Your payment is charged at the end of the ordering process. If the product price is reduced after the placement of the order, the difference of the prices shall not be refunded.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement, and it will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. Should you need to submit a complaint, please contact the product’s supplier.

Online banking

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an online payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the customer, the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Return policy

You have the right to return any products ordered from the Online Store within 14 days of the delivery. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. You can return the parcel through Posti by attaching the return sticker onto the parcel.  If you need to return a parcel delivered outside Finland, please contact our customer service team at info@moylyn.fi. Please retain the receipt of return issued by Posti until you have received the refund. We can track your parcel quickly with the code on the receipt.

Handling of returns and refunds

We handle returns as soon as we receive them. The payment is refunded through Paytrail after the receipt and handling of the returned items. If necessary, Paytrail contacts you by email about any questions concerning refunds.

Refund of a payments made by bank transfer

When you return an order that was paid for by bank transfer, Paytrail will contact you by email about your bank details. Please note: You must notify us if your email address has changed. Paytrail will refund the payment as soon as your bank details have been confirmed.

Refund of credit card payment

Paytrail will credit the credit card that was used for making the payment.

Other terms and conditions

People who are 18 or older may purchase products from the Online Store. The product price is the price displayed on the Online Store website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. Applicable law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from this agreement or the application thereof shall be resolved primarily through negotiations between the parties. If the parties cannot reach an amicable settlement through negotiations, the dispute will be settled in Finland by the District Court of Helsinki. A consumer user may, however, bring the dispute before the general court of first instance of their domicile or the Consumer Disputes Board for consideration.
